A new organization

Engineering excellence, rooted in faith.

Christian Engineers is a coordinating body for engineers who follow Christ — uniting disciplines, generations, and regions for fellowship, mentorship, and service that honors the One who made all things.

Our mission

A faithful home for the engineering vocation.

Engineering shapes the world people live in — the bridges they cross, the water they drink, the systems they trust. Christian Engineers exists to coordinate the men and women who do that work, so that their craft, their character, and their witness grow together.

We are a new organization, built to connect Christian engineers across mechanical, electrical, civil, software, chemical, biomedical, and aerospace disciplines — students to seasoned practitioners, classrooms to job sites, local churches to global projects.

  • Excellence as worship

Skillful engineering is an act of stewardship over creation. We pursue craft that honors the Maker.

  • Community across disciplines

No engineer should walk alone. We connect peers, mentors, and the next generation across every field.

  • Service before status

We carry engineering skill to places that need it most — underserved communities, disaster recovery, and the local church.

  • Integrity in practice

Honest calculations, faithful reporting, and ethical decisions — even when no one is watching.

What we do

Coordinating the work, the craft, and the calling.

Six practical ways Christian Engineers serves its members and the wider world.

01

Fellowship networks

Local and virtual gatherings that connect Christian engineers by discipline, region, and life stage — because the vocation is hard enough without doing it alone.

02

Mentorship

Structured pairing between students, early-career engineers, and seasoned practitioners — covering technical growth, career decisions, and faithful living.

03

Service projects

Engineering for places that need it — clean water systems, structural assessments, disaster recovery, and infrastructure for ministries and missions.

04

Resources & devotionals

Quarterly devotionals written by engineers, technical ethics guides, and a reading library on faith, vocation, and the engineering life.

05

Conferences & gatherings

An annual national gathering and regional meetups for teaching, worship, and the kind of conversations that only happen in person.

06

Career & calling

A job board and calling framework for engineers seeking work aligned with their gifts, their convictions, and the needs of the world.
